I have been practicing law for more than fifteen years, focusing on public procurement, administrative litigation, and commercial disputes. Experience has taught me that beyond rules and procedures, what truly matters is trust — hard to earn, and maintained only through consistency.

I have handled numerous cases before the CNSC, the common law courts, and arbitral tribunals, advising both economic operators and contracting authorities. This dual perspective has helped me understand not only the letter of the law, but also the space between intent and application — where most disputes, and often the best solutions, are born.

I believe in thorough work, in well‑founded arguments, and in the balance between firmness and patience. Public procurement practice teaches you that precision is not just a matter of text, but of responsibility — to remain fair and coherent, even when it is difficult.

In every case, I seek a certain inner clarity — that moment when everything aligns and makes sense. Perhaps that is why I have learned to see law not as confrontation, but as a constant exercise of measure and understanding.

I have been a lawyer for more than twelve years, practicing business law with a focus on commercial litigation, public procurement, administrative disputes, and legal consultancy for the management and execution of complex construction contracts, both public and private.

I began my career within a prestigious government institution, in an environment where decisions were made under pressure and every choice had real consequences. There I learned patience, discipline, and the importance of balancing principle and pragmatism — lessons that have guided me in every case and every negotiation since.

Over time, I have coordinated and defended major commercial and administrative disputes and provided legal assistance for international construction and infrastructure projects — experiences that have given me a lucid understanding of how law serves as an instrument of proportion, not rigidity.
